Please send 50% of the reservation by bank transfer within 5 days of the reservation and confirmation received. Please include the reservation number and your billing address in the comment!

 

Cancellation policy:

 

In case of cancellation earlier than 10 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded, after deducting HUF 5,000 administrative costs.

In case of cancellation earlier than 5 days before arrival, the reservation can be changed to another date free of charge after consultation with sales, depending on capacity. (the room prices of the modified reservation will be the room prices of the current period)

In case of cancellation within 5 days prior to arrival, the reservation deposit will not be refunded, and the date of the reservation cannot be changed.
